Christian Bale’s agent is worth every penny

If I were trying to crack it as an actor in Hollywood, I might consider offering all sorts of unsavory favors to Christian Bale’s agent.
Although they are far from Oscar worthy performances, Christian Bale’s recent run of high profile movie roles is pretty impressive. Amongst roles in well received films such as THE PRESTIGE and I’M NOT THERE, he also set up a Batman character in BATMAN BEGINS which would help fuel the tremendous, unstoppable success of THE DARK KNIGHT late last year.
Next you’ll see him in TERMINATOR: SALVATION, a film that is expected to rake in the dollars despite any flaws (let’s face it, T4 probably won’t have much depth… robots and explosions still sell tickets). And then in July he will be starring alongside Johnny Depp in Michael Mann’s PUBLIC ENEMIES, which is also expected to do well at the Box Office.
Seems like the right offers have come along and Bale and his agent have chosen well. At least in terms of Box Office success, anyway.
