Jun 16This new poster to promote Transformers: Dark of the Moon on IMAX 3D screens is amazingly dull for something so detailed. It looks like yet another Transformers poster, doesn’t it? I bet if the title were taken away, it’d be hard to tell exactly which movie this belonged to. As expected.
Michael Bay hopes you’ll join the mass of 10-14 year old boys and see Transformers 3 when it arrives 30 June, 2011.
HARRY POTTER ‘It All Ends’ poster: shit just got real
Jun 14No wonder this long-as-fuck title isn’t on the poster, the designer probably had trouble making the typography work. Also, I reckon “It All Ends” is a much better title than Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2. Anyway… After an onslaught of rather typical character banners, Warner Bros. have released this new poster showing a grubby Harry standing distraught, holding his wand (we’re all adults here…) with Hermione and Ginger looking equally grubby in the background. Shit just got real.
Get ready for the final Harry Potter: It All Ends (see what I mean!) to crash to all-time top 10 grossing list later this year after it opens worldwide July 15th, 2011.
Banner bonanza: CONAN THE BARBARIAN edition
Jun 09Not to be outdone, here’s Conan The Barbarian with a paltry 5 posters of his own. Notice how the men are all in action poses, and the women are just standing there looking off-screen. Welcome to fantasy marketing 101.
Also at that link is a poster for that new Girl With The Dragon Tattoo movie, and it shows her naked body, so if you live somewhere where nipples are considered immoral, maybe don’t embiggen that particular picture.

Banner bonanza: HARRY POTTER edition
Jun 09Warner Bros. just dumped 11 (11!) character banners for the up-coming Potter finale. Go here to look at them all with your eyes.
I can only imagine non-Potheads looking at these characters with increasingly confused expressions. Who are these people? Wait till they get to the little fellow at the end!
Tickets for this movie are on sale right now, so I probably don’t need to tell you when it comes out (hint: 13 July).
HARRY POTTER 8 character posters roll out
May 25Warner Bros. is trickling them out one a day, but I’ve saved you the hassle and posted only the most important one.
The poster reckons the movie comes out on the 7th of the 15th, but in this country we only have 12 months. It’s actually out in July! Those silly-billies.
